  • Sidewalls: 7′ 10″ high.
  • Roof: Gambrel roof design with optional loft and 25-year shingles (optional metal roof adds 5%).
  • Doors & Windows: Includes a 3′ walk door, 3′ x 2′ single-pane window, and heavy-duty floor.
  • Siding: 50-year Duratemp siding.
  • Floors: 3/4″ pressure-treated plywood with joists spaced 12″ on-center.
  • Construction: 2×4 studs spaced 16″ on-center (16′ wide buildings use 2×6 studs).
  • Custom Sizes: Standard sizes range from 10′ x 16′ to 16′ x 40′. Custom builds available upon request.
  • Delivery: Free delivery up to 30 miles; additional charges apply per mile beyond.
  • Dimensions:
    • Buildings measured eave-to-eave.
    • Actual floor widths: 10′ (9′ 8″), 12′ (11′ 2″), 14′ (13′ 2″), 16′ (15′ 2″).

Spacious and Strong Design
The 7′ 10″ high sidewalls and a timeless gambrel roof provide ample vertical space for storage and work. Covered with 25-year shingles, the roof is built to last, with an optional metal roof upgrade for added durability and style.

Convenient Access and Natural Light
A 3′ walk door and a 3′ x 2′ double-pane window make entry simple and allow natural light to brighten the interior.

Heavy-Duty Construction
The garage features a reinforced foundation with 3/4″ pressure-treated plywood floors, supported by 12-inch on-center joists for exceptional strength—ideal for small vehicles and other equipment. The frame is built with 2×4 studs spaced 16 inches on-center, while 16-foot-wide buildings use 2×6 studs for added stability.

Durable Siding
Wrapped in 50-year Duratemp siding, the lofted garage is designed to withstand the elements while maintaining a polished look.

Customizable Sizes
With standard sizes ranging from 10′ x 16′ to 16′ x 40′, you can choose a layout that fits your needs. Custom builds are also available to meet your specific requirements. Dimensions are measured eave-to-eave, with outside floor widths of 9′ 8″ for 10 wides, 11′ 2″ for 12′ wides, 13′ 2″ for 14′ wides, or 15′ 2″ for 16′ wide buildings.
