Lofted Cabin
Our lofted cabin is one of our most popular models. It allows you to maximize the square footage of your cabin, whether you’re choosing to live in it year round or just as a weekend getaway. This cabin comes standard with, depending on the size of the building, two or even three lofts. It also comes with a 2×3 window, a 3′ walkdoor, and your choice of straight or corner porch.
Standard Features

- Comes with a 4′ porch included in length. Can also upgrade to a corner porch.
- Base price includes 2×4 studs 16″ on center, except for 16′ wides which get 2×6 studs.
- Features Gambrel roof design. and two lofts where additional items can be stored
- Cabins have 1- 3/0 walk door, 2′ x 3′ window and 4 ft. porch.
- An optional metal roof is an additional 5% on top of the base price.
- Standard floors are 3/4 inch CDX plywood. Floor joists are spaced 16 inches O.C.
- Finish Out Prep Package included in base price.
- We custom build to suit your needs as much as possible. The sizes we have listed are the most popular but we can build from 8’x8′ to 16’x40′.
- Shingles are standard. Additional charge for metal roofs add 5% to building price.
- Delivery for up to 30 miles from our location is free. Thereafter the delivery charge is $4 per mile for 8′ wide and 10′ wide sheds. $5 per mile for 12′ wide, and $6 per mile for 14′.
- 10′, 12’, 14’ & 16′ wide buildings are measured from eaves. 10′ wide building’s floor width is 9′ 8″, 12′ are 11′ 2″, 14′ are 13′ 2″, and 16′ are 15′ 2″.
